I force myself to have a lie in at the hotel and did actually have an hour or so extra in bed. We went for breakfast not long after 0900 the hotel, The wagon and Horses, had a very civilised 0900 to 1100 breakfast time.
After breakfast we had a stroll to the venue up the farmers field then Emma had an appointment in Altrincham for something or other so I decided to head to Congleton for a pint.
I got word that folks were starting to arrive back at the hotel so went back in an Uber. We had a great few pints, some lunch and then a big family meal with Sarah’s lot as well. Really nice.
Then it was off to bed.
